I was cleaning one out to make a cup for a friend then realized I was bleeding. Turns out this cup was flawed and had a jagged glass piece sticking out around the inside on the top and when I went to wipe it out it cut my hand. I’ve only noticed this one one cup so far I’m half way through the box! But i can’t use this cup now.

I bought these to personalize for Christmas gifts, but loved them so much that I bought another set to make some for myself and save for future gifts. When they come, they look very cloudy, but as soon as they are washed, the film in the inside goes away, and they are clear and beautiful. I like the silicone around the straw hole.

i love the bamboo tops, they stay on nice a secure. the gasket for the straw is also a well thought and nice touch. i love the glass straws too. and the brush wand for cleaning the straws. these are great for daily use and hosting a get together.also people need to know the bamboo tops are not dishwasher safe. they will crack and split if you try to wash them in the dishwasher.

These were received and packaged with great care. No issues as of yet. My daughter plans on gifting them using sublimation designs. Fingers crossed it works if it does I will definitely update.

I absolutely love these cups and am so excited about them! I opened them today and found one the has a little chip at the top and little pieces of glass at the bottom.. so I won't be able to use that one, which sucks! They also come out a little foggy, but it eventually goes away!

Love these. I loved the next day delivery, it’s over a week now, but I still ordered more because the cups were nice quality. One didn’t have a slit for the straw to go through the silicone, but I was able to cut it myself. Not a huge deal. Excited to get me new order.

I own a small business and absolutely love these for my glass can wraps. They make them look so cute and people love them these are adorable and I’ve never had any issues. Wish I could buy them in a larger bulk though

Most of the cup were decent, but 6 out the 12 has issues, melted dented glass, broken glass chips inside. I wanted to give this a whole 5 stars but I just can’t. I had to throw away half of them! 😬
