Recently bought this and quite impressed with it. The juice quality is clearly better compared to centrifugal juicers. The difference is very noticeable and you'll feel it from day one. Build is sturdy and feels solid. The accessories are also of good quality - nothing feels cheap or flimsy. Cleaning is surprisingly easy compared to the traditional bulky cold press juicers, which was honestly one of my concerns before buying. Looked at a few cheaper options from other brands before finalizing this one. But considering the durability and the juice quality the price is justified. This has been a good addition to our healthy lifestyle at home. Especially helpful with kids who are not great fans of eating raw fruits. Overall satisfied with the product. Highly Recommended.

I bought the Kuvings Auto6 expecting a premium, hassle free juicing experience. What I got instead was frustration, unnecessary expenses, and constant inconvenience. After using it for one year, here is my honest opinion. Buy wisely. Don’t fall for the marketing. First, the juicing cap broke within the first week. Yes, the first week. For a product marketed as premium, that is unacceptable. And the replacement cost? Extremely expensive for such a small part. That was my first red flag. Second, the “hands-free” claim is misleading. It is not truly hands-free. If you are juicing something like amla, you cannot just load it and walk away. You have to put it in small quantities and stand there the whole time to monitor it. So what exactly is hands-free about it? If I have to stand next to the machine constantly, I might as well use a regular juicer and save money. Third, the build quality is disappointing. The auger and internal components are made of plastic and feel cheap for a machine in this price range. My auger broke within a few months. The replacement cost? ₹4,999 just for the auger. The small silicone cap wore out and costs ₹1,000 to replace. These prices are unreasonable. For a premium appliance, durability should not be this poor. It also raises safety concerns when internal plastic parts keep breaking. Fourth, cleaning this machine is a nightmare. The parts are complicated and hard to wash properly. Even with regular cleaning, the components start getting a yellow tint, making the machine look permanently dirty. I have tried baking soda and other cleaning methods, but nothing removes the stains. For something used daily for health, it should not look unhygienic after a few months. Finally, the service is extremely slow. Instead of proper in-person service, they try to solve everything over phone or video calls. When parts are breaking and costing thousands to replace, remote troubleshooting is not enough. My honest advice: stay away from Kuvings Auto6 and other kuvings products. It is overpriced, high maintenance, and not truly hands-free. You end up spending more on replacements and dealing with constant inconvenience. For the money they charge, the quality and service simply do not justify the price.
