We have had this refurbished product since mid September 2025. It had been working flawlessly up until this month (Nov. 2025) after which, we are starting to notice "gliches" and believe this item may fail. First symptom was when it "locked up" requiring a reboot. The other symptom was when trying to wake it up, it required a Control/Alt/Del to wake it up. Finally, it has started humming (not all of the time) to where it can be heard from across the room. This is not our first refurbished PC. I have one that I acquired about a year ago and it is working quite well.

It look great in paper but this was a refurbished product. great price if it works. zmy tower arrive hace and th efirst thing is that stays on all the time, try toconnect to amonitor but te output is a cable or connection i did not have request cables compatible with tower and monitor, result no video, can't turn tower off because it reboot and still no video, Call amazon help after explaining situation they suggest for me to call dell support, i just laff as this is a refurbish prod. I just proceed to return the desk top and will purchase a new one. it's a shame because the price is fantastic. I nor have the time to take another gamble.

I was reluctant to buy a refurbished unit that is this far from current technology. But it works well drives two monitors via display ports and is actually great speed and has performed flawlessly.

As far as the computer goes, it works great and looks great. The only thing was, the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard did not work well. So, I didn’t use them.

As described on line and no problems setting it up. No surprises! After shopping around for a month or so, feel like I got a great deal on this PC. Though it's not a high power gamer, it is a great home/office desktop and has all the features and functions I needed for this upgrade to WIN 11.

I can't find a away to have a conversation with the seller - STG Global/STG USA so I'm leaving this here. Last two batches of these we've purchased (we purhcase 8 to 10 at a time each month) after having bought several 100 for last couple of years) have been deplorable. New M.2 ADATA drives are failing/wiping themselves/corrupting after a few weeks of usage. We've had several units no power up at-open with blinking amber light (bad motherboard). Not sure if they got a bad batch of drives or bad image .. but we've spent so much time and frustration on these the last few months.. looks like we'll be trying to return more and avoid STG until we can have a conversation with them.

Great machine for the price! Came with Win11 Pro which is working fine on it. Only uses 10watts when idling. Never saw it above 25watts. The 1TB M2 SSD is extremely fast. Faster than my USB and SATA SSDs. I have two of these now for a couple months w/o any issues. Very clean inside and out. I've used refurb PCs for years now. And these have been great refurb PC's so far. Note that these are 250w power supplies so no more than 50w low profile graphics card is advised. By default, these can run two display port (or adapter) monitors. Came with new wireless keyboard and mouse. I use 1Gb ethernet so not tested WiFi.

It’s very old model and you will suffer with it

Excelente computadora son detalles tanto así que parece nueva, disco duro con 1 hora de usó de 1tb y con Windows 11 pro, todo completo con lo que se menciona que trae y sus características. Recomendada la compra y el vendedor.
