I bought this for my husband (but a female could easily wear it too) and we just love it. It's an albacore stone which I didn't pick up on. He did use his own longer chain though. Just a great medal with a lot of meaning.

This is a beautiful necklace with the Albalone shell insets. However, it only has a plain shell back. It does not have the sacred hearts and letter M. This is not an official miraculous medal.

I thought this was a lot bigger because of the zoomed in display pictures but it is still beautiful.
