The packaged arrived leaking, and the liquid was foamy (this is a non foaming cleanser) and the smell and texture is different to normal. The ingredients are the same as the one I already have but it’s definitely not the same product. The label on the container is not the same material as original product either, feels like cheaper paper label.

This product seems fake to me. My eyes were red after using it. The texture is different from the cerave cleanser I have been using.

Good but not what it says it is
This is a hydrating cleanser, it's advertised as cream to foam but it isn't. It's a great cleanser but I prefer the cream to foam otherwise it would be 5 stars because it's great value for a great product.

Feels different
I regularly use the cerave hydrating cleaner ordered this as I ran out, however feels like a completely different formula and doesn’t clean my face as well

Not cream to foam version..This is gel for dry to sensitive skin and does not foam up.
