Very tasty mushroom soup. Well seasoned I enjoy this more than canned soup.

Not usually a fan of powdered soups, but this is quite tasty. The croutons stay crunchy albeit they are of course tiny. The only quibble with this, is that like any powdered soup, must be stirred very well to avoid clumping.

So tasty great for something fast

Having only an electric kettle at work, I was looking for hot meals I could prepare with just hot water, and came upon this.Preparation couldn’t be easier, just add a cup of hot water. Being used to a different kind of tomato soup, the first taste was unusual and sweeter than I was expecting. But that quickly dissipated and I enjoyed it quite a bit. It tastes good and feels hearty. There are very small bits of carrot, tomato, and herbs that make it seem more like homemade. It would be an easy five stars except for the croutons. I rate it 4.5 overall but rounded up to 5 because the soup is good enough not to deserve a loss of a whole star just for the croutons. They’re not bad, I just don’t prefer them or think they add much to the soup. They get soggy on the outside pretty much immediately, though the inside does remain crunchy for a short while. They don’t have much taste, and are not convenient for sipping. They do add filling, and that is a benefit. The current $10 price for 6 sachets is not unreasonable, and I expect to buy it again, as well as try other varieties.
