I’m surprised this stool has gotten such high reviews as it’s quite an average toilet stool. I purchased it because it is collapsible and was only going to be used occasionally. Unfortunately it is very difficult to collapse. You have to squeeze two tabs together on both legs to get them to collapse. Also there is a hole in the middle apparently to put some sort of scent. This is quite gimmicky. Probably just done to differentiate it from other stools but certainly not something I think anyone would use. When it is set up it works fine but it’s certainly not a five star product. If you’re specifically looking for a collapsible toilet stool just keep in mind that this one is quite difficult to collapse and is also quite bulky to store.

Not a sturdy one and the design is simply pathetic. This garbage thing design in a way that it never going to stable. My kid keep falling down when she step on it every time. I throwed it out as i was out of return period. Not sure why these positive reviews. Never buy again. 1 star just to post the review

Maybe I got a defective one the black square things don't fit on the bottom and no instructions either or anything about the product...

My wife likes it, what else matters.
