I received the product with package partially damaged and the Soldering Machine has clear marks of usage! The Hot Air blower is broken and has also signes of previous usage!!

Heater Element Broke down after 2nd Use
I used this product only 2 times and the heater element in the soldering iron stopped working, giving an H-E error. I am very responsible with my things so it is highly unlikely that it was misused.Also, the soldering tip that came with it quickly oxidized and the copper was exposed. Only the heat gun was working.To the seller's credit, the return process was smooth.
