MoenBanbury Chrome 5-Spray Hand Shower with Hose and Bracket, 4-Inch Diameter, 23046

I think I purchased the first of these showerheads (chrome finish) back in 2014 or something, then replaced it with another of the same model in 2019 because we have hard water here and eventually it becomes easier to replace a showerhead rather than continue to get rid of the ever-increasing lime buildup.I can't remember if the most recent showerhead came with a plastic hose or a metal one - If it was plastic, then I think I just re-used my previous metal hose with it. But metal hose replacements are super cheap on Amazon anyway ($8-$15) so I wouldn't let the hose quality that comes with this showerhead turn you off purchasing it. The showerhead itself is easy to use, with good options for spray type (massage, etc.).With the Bradbury model in particular, if you search the web you may or may not find all sorts of YouTube clips that show how easy it is to remove the flow restrictor. I wouldn't suggest doing this of course, as you might find that this showerhead flow strength is completely amazing without it. But removing that little regulator part might not be consistent with your local water conservation requirements.However, I must say that when my current showerhead needs replacing, I'll definitely be more than happy to seek out yet another of these wonderful showerheads. It's been pretty fantastic.

After I read the reviews, I was concerned, but it was a Moen so I bought it. It was a breeze to put up, the hose was mental and twist free. I would recommend this shower head.

Everything is plastic. Easy to install, and it works very well as far as the spray settings. But the hose does not lay flat against the wall no matter how many ways you try. As you attempt to get the hose out of the way the shower head turns with it, so then it sprays against the wall or out of the shower.We ended up getting the much more expensive model (we have it in our master bath), and it is well worth the cost.

This was easy to install without tools and works well.

Good price. It’s all plastic though and feels like it won’t last too long but we shall see. I wish the hose would be more flexible though. It’s just so awkward.

The handheld shower is ok. It seems cheaply made for a $70 itemHowever the flexible hose for the shower head was missing a gasket on one end causing water to spray all over. Good thing I kept the old hose.Anyway I got it to work. If you purchase one of these keep the old one until you are sure the new one has all the required parts

Lightweight, cheap plastic junk- even the pipe fitting are plastic. Someone else didn’t like it either as I was sent a return- loose in a plastic bag, no manufacturers packaging, instructions or warrant. My other Amazon deliveries wer all either broken or already opened, including pro biotic capsules and shave supplies which is unsafe and gross. Long time Amazon fan but they need to get their act together. This is unacceptable.

Looks nice, works great for showering, cleaning and rinsing sides of shower. Also makes it easy to clean pets.

Does not come with "Metal Hose" as stated in description and shown in picture. Mine came with a very stiff plastic type hose. I would consider this very close to false advertising as this point has been noted in more than one review and I have responded to, "Report incorrect product information", on this matter which has not brought about a correction.The hand held shower does work as described, but with the stiff hose makes it more awkward to handle.

Moen hand held shower was supposed to be all bronze. Only shower handle was bronze & rest of shower was black plastic. Only kept it because we are moving our of province & need it to bath my large dog

The product description states this comes with a metal hose.This is the reason I purchased this item. When it arrived, it came with the plastic hose that doesn't lay flat.If you don't mind the plastic hose, it is a beautiful hand held shower.
