Difficult to use , part missing
Due to the type and placement of the valco fastening around arm cuff , it was immpossible for me place cuff correctly using one hand . Also plug -in adapter was not inclued as shown and described in write up .It deserves no star but I was requiredto check at least one inorder to submit even this completely negative review
