Buy this. I bought the version with the heater - based on other reviews - after trying my neighbor’s Novo that did not work to jump my mini van in freezing temperatures.The vehicle battery was completely dead, the interior display would not even turn on. It had been sitting for over a month in the cold and it is in 06 with lots of old bells and whistles that drain the battery like automatic doors. This device was able to have it started in a matter of seconds. I will be keeping it in the minivan from now on. For under $100 it was a great value. It’s a little bit larger than the Noko but The power that it put out was incomparable. Well designed and thought out - although it was necessary to read the directions beforehand to make sure I knew what any red out would mean and what to do to make sure it was ready to go in the cold. I can’t speak to the storage capacity however when it arrived, it already had 79% charge. I charged it to 100 before I jumped my vehicle just in case. And it did go down to 92% when I was done.

This size jump starter is more powerful than I needed for my 6 cylinder, 3L gas Ford Ranger, but it should should also be good for lasting a longer time for camping. I bought this preheat version of this brand for Indiana weather. The higher amperage size of the unit makes it physically bigger than some others that are less powerful. If storage space is an issue, get a smaller unit that is still rated for your engine size. If you have a trunk with plenty of room, then this starter would be good.It didn't come with a case so maybe it should be only 4 stars, but you can just leave it in the sturdy product box if you have room, and it will protect it just fine. It's nice that you can buy it without the case (for a potentially lower cost), but they should offer a form fitting case for it, even for an additional charge. I found the following jump starter case later that appears to fit it (Comparing the internal case and external jump starter dimensions). The product box is only a little larger than this case. I've used this to jump my 2015 Odyssey almost everyday for a year. Jumped a 6.0L diesel, jumped quads. It doesn't care it will jump it. The boost button is needed sometimes.

April 2023I bought this portable jump starter in November/December of 2022. It sat in the trunk until I used it tonight (April 2023) to jump start someone else’s car that had a dead battery.Key points:I used this to jump start someone else’s 2019 Lexus IS 350.Jump starter was put in trunk at 78% charge, 5-6 months later the starter was still at 78% charge when I pulled it out to jump start a stranded car.This jump starter was very easy to use. Simply hook up negative lead to negative terminal, positive lead to positive terminal, power unit on, when unit says “Ready”, turn the car over, perfect start.Remaining charge on jump starter after disconnecting the unit: 75%.This jump starter worked perfectly and was so easy to use. As of this writing I expect this unit to continue to work. I will update should things change. As of now 100% worth it.

Already had to jump my car off, jumped very quickly-battery completely flatlined. Unit recharges lightning fast when using 100w charger. But I am wondering why some Yesper products come with a protective case and some do not. With the price I paid I would have assumed that a case would be part of the product inventory. I am now researching for a case that is not too big or too small so I can protect it PLUS not misplacing the multiple cables that came with it. To me this is the only fail on Yespers part.

Doesn't work Half the time won't even turn over my four-wheeler

Thought I'd drop a review here since I was thrilled with this unit this winter. Was having parasitic draw issues with the minivan and this thing saved our butt multiple times. Very easy to use. I got this one for the self-heating ability since it gets COLD here in MN. The van didn't start one morning at 4 degrees, hooked this thing up, it heated itself up for a few seconds and then indicated ready...van started right up. Also holds its charge while stored in the van for months on end, which is nice. Highly recommend.

It feels like a quality item. It ran a test standard 60 watt (12 volt LED) light bulb plugged into its lighter outlet for about 32 hours straight. When kept at a reasonably full charge, besides being able to jump start most cars, it makes an excellent emergency 12 volt power source to do smaller 12 volt powered tasks, like keeping you out of the dark.So far at least ..would buy again.
