I loved these embroidered hats so much that I ordered a second set. The hat quality is excellent and the embroidery is perfect. Vibrant colors, great materials. Hats are made immediately and shipped immediately. I love how fast I received both of my orders.Best of all, when USPS lost my package (at no fault of the seller), the Hat Store by Cypress offered to replace the items right away so we would be satisfied. The USPS wound up finding our package so we were able to avoid the replacement, but I love that the Hat Store by Cypress was willing to help us while they resolved the issue with the USPS.Highly recommended!

Perfect hat
The hat is perfect and the font is awesome. A little sloppy with the embroidery. Also they were not able embroider the back of the hat so I’m taking it to a local business for that.
