These chairs came 90% assembled. Well packaged and just needed the back attached to the frame. Comfortable. Durable fabric. Not very big so not for 6' ft 200lb people , but my wife loves being able to sit in chairs that do not consume her in giant fabric.My only complaint is the shipping charges added to Prime. Approx 20% of the cost off this item was shipping charges.Excellent Customer service that managed to catch a FEDEX issue an reroute the order to where the chairs were going to be housed. Although this says PRESALE I did purchase the item and they are used every day.

The chairs were easy to assemble. The massage feature is only vibrations. It is hard to get the chairs in the reclining position. The chair back and the chair legs loosen over time.

Update: Seller refunded a portion of my order so the transaction did improve.Ordered 2 chairs. Only assembled one chair and it had holes in the armrest. It was extremely small and not as expected. Paid 100 for shipping and trying to send them back has been a horrible experience thus far...

These chairs are awesome!! So comfortable and the massage, so many different settings to choose from. And the heat feature just melts away the long days worth of stress from a busy work day. Only one thing it’s hard to stay in the last reclined position. Other than that not enough to make me not not love it!
