This was an awesome purchase .

These blocks are kinda flimsy, for a powerful sprinter they wouldn’t stand a chance. For a beginner athlete they would be okay if you are looking for a cheap alternative to the other ones available out there .

These blocks are great, my daughter used them everyday for practice.

I rated this block under the duffle bag it comes it. Very poor quality block. Lacks durability, already tearing up and just recently during outdoor track season started using more frequently. Can't adjust the height on the pedals because the sliding part has already broken along with a couple of screws falling off. If I recommended it, I would recommend for younger (8 years or under) athletes and not teenagers and competitive older athletes because it cannot withstand short term power being applied to it. Plus, the base is way shorter than regular blocks which throws off beginners a little trying to set your blocks like you would at a track meet.

Metal blocks that are perfect for track. Portable enough to take to each meet. Only thing is I wish it came with a bag to carry it in.
