I added this camera to my BlueIris NVR system. I had to enable ONVIF within the web browser setup, but after doing that, in 'generic ONVIF' mode it does everything I want. I was powering it via PoE, so did not try it with a separate 12V supply, as is the norm with such devices.Very pleased.

Easy to set up and use with blue iris, daylight picture is good, night still picture is good but moving objects have a lot of motion blur/ghosting, suspect this could be solved with an additional infra red source.As it uses 940nm infra red there is no red glow from the leds so the camera can not be easily spotted at night. However, there are lights on the ethernet port which are surprisingly bright in darkness so I covered them with electricians tape.

Bought to add to my existing ZipNVR. It was not entirely compatible but with some assistance from the seller I was able to connect it with RTSP and worked fine

I have been trying tyo find a small robust IP camera with IR, to view the inside of an owl box in an outbuilding. On trha face of it, this camera would be prefect. Small, 5Mp, infrared capacity, easy to connect. So I ordered one.Connected to my network, and almost immediately smelt a hot plastic smell, then noticed the network port was starting to melt! Unplugged everything, sent it back.Ordered a second example,plugged it in, no melting, connected to network, working nicely. Allowed darkness to fall, and guess what? No infra-red! Disconnected, sent back.After a couple of weeks searching, I couldn't find another camera that I felt would be suitable, and represented reasonable value for money. So I foolishly ordered another one of these.This time, connected to network, static picture looked good, but then, I noticed the picture constantly jumping, rather than a smooth transition between frames. Tried altering encoding, frame rates, resolution etc. with no improvement. ANY movement causes greying out on the screen and then constant jerkiness of the image. So this one is going back as well. I have learned my lesson. I hope with this review, you will too - just look elsewhere.(Incidentally, I wonder why there are NO other reviews of this camera, and only one for any variation that is on sale on Amazon? Seems rather odd...)

The manual that comes with this camera says the default ip address is 192.168.1.108 however mine arrived set to 192.168.0.109 which took a little while to figure out. However once I had sorted that out the camera seems to work fine.

Camera is OK. Cannot get it to work on H265 with Synology Surveillance station but am living with it. Being ONVIF standard, it should work, but I cannot get it to do so. IR leds cannot be turned off, so used electricians tape to mask them. Why? I didn't want it going into night mode, preferring to be illuminated with a PIR LED floodlight thus preserving colour recording and remaining covert.The support email is a joke. I gave up after 3 attempts having never received a reply. It is what it is. Probably not worth the 50 quid paid, but the size was the most important factor to me.

I tried and tried to connect the camera to 2 different nvr s with out successI used onvif protocol and entered the up address correctly with out success so I gave up

Added this camera to Milestone XProtect using the ONVIF driver and port 8088. It works great. These small form factor cameras are great for number of applications and are available in a number of configurations. The FOV on the lens is not 180 unless you adjust the lens, and even then I would say its closer to 165.

Overhead camera for recording to OBS for live-streams.While somewhat laggy for the IP camera side of it, it does work fine.For recording footage, you can offset the audio from it in post and it's fine.The zoom works pretty well, and for the distance I need it to work I found that just removing the grub screws that are meant to keep it in one spot, allows me to adjust it on the fly if I raise or lower the camera at all and get focus on a specific area.It's pretty clear. Not what it was intended for, but it was inexpensive and it functions. The setup for the IP was simple. Just make sure you get the PDF in the product description details, as it has the username/password to login for the first time.
