Helps you to keep a tally on what youre freeze drying.
I like to keep records and notes of what I've freeze-dried so I can stay on top of having successful batches, and when something does dry correctly, I can go back and do research on what I did differently, if I did.

I love this log! But.... the weight variance should say A-B NOT A+B !!!!!! Big deal for beginners that don't know the real way and get co fused by this. Please fix this.
