The air pump is useless
The pump is useless. I had to take the ball to get it filled with air. Better buy a ball from a sports store and not online.

Perfect size and good quality
Glad that they sent the right size and the quality is good. IT IS EXACTLY 65cm when fully inflated. Perfect size. Before this I bought a STRAUSS gym ball and whereas the box says 65cm they sent a 55cm ball and the customer care just doesn’t answer the call! I wrote a WhatsApp message and it was seen with blue ticks but no one responded. Very bad experience with STRAUSS

Great exercise product
A very happy when i got this product its perfect gym ball for exersice its very easy to inflate with pump which include that product i used from last 5 days and very comfortable for sitting on it for a chair purpose its very usefull to flexible your body and very less space require for it if your work from home so use it for computer work 6 to 7 hour as chair and feel relax from back pain i just replace my chair with gym ball and feel very well so buy it its very usefull

Good buy.
The Joyfit yoga ball is serving its purpose. Purchased about 2 - 3 months ago. It's holding the air without any leakage. An air pump too was provided to inflate it. The PVC Material is good. Overall a nice product worth buying.
