This book does a phenomenal job of articulating the way God intends men to lead, mentor, fight for, and be a good friends for their family. I think this book is great for fathers teaching their teenage sons what it means to be a man.

Recommend for all men seeking to become all that God created them to be and for women to uncover their powerful gift.

I liked when he talked about being a king. I give this book 3 stars because:1. It isn't usuful at all for men unless you're a father. He seems to ignore the fact there are single men or men who don't want children intentionally.2. His discussion on the mentor and friend pillar is weak giving no or little helpful information.3. It didn't feel like a well balanced book even though it talks about balance between all the pillars being important. He has 3 or 4 amazing chapters about being a king then 2 at most for each of the other pillars that are weakly written.4. He really doesn't use the Bible as much as i prefer. A lot of the book is his ideas and when he uses The Bible to support his claims he really stetches the ideas.The first half of the book is great. The last...well, makes for a weak ending to what started so well.

The product is fine. The delivery service was supposed to be Next Day. It took four days.

Absolutely fantastic - we have not even gotten past half of the book in 10 weeks because it is just packed full of tremendous information about men and what makes us who we are and how we are. This is a Christian man's read if you are looking to improve every type of relationship Spouse, Children, Other Family Members, other men of Christ. Read it apply it and you will not be dissapointed

Every wife who wants a better husband needs to read this book’s Afterword. Weber saved the best for last.

Stu... I feel I know the man by reading this book. He buttresses the need for fully-present men in the home - the highest office in any nation. It fuelled my burden and passion; has challenged my faith and strengthened my conviction to be different. To be counted! Not as a statistic but as one who fought a good fight.
