Tineco A11 Pet Ex Cordless Stick Vacuum, Lightweight Handheld Vacuum, Long Run Time and Powerful Suction for Carpet and Hard Floor

This is the second A11 that I've purchased. When I needed a second vacuum for a different home, I thought it would be a good idea to upgrade to the S15, but I was very disappointed with it. It's more sophisticated than the A11 PetEX in that it shows the percentage of battery power left, but it was extremely disappointing in that the battery can only be powered when the vacuum is on its dock. The spare battery must be stored off the dock, and it discharges while stored, so when you want to use it, its power might be at 40%. The battery also seems to discharge more quickly than the A11. That's when I returned it.The A11 is a much better product for a lower cost. It has powerful suction and long battery life, but very importantly, the spare battery sits on the dock and is always charged and readily available when you need it. It has three power levels and clearly shows the amount of battery left on the battery being used. It picks up our 80 pound labrador retreiver's mounds of fur easily. It's easy to use, clean and maintain and I've never had a problem with it. Highly recommend!

I love this vacuum. Got one for my daughter-in-laws . . . who also love them. Great suction. Love that I can thoroughly clean the filters. Only complaint is the battery life. Glad I have a second one. Highly recommend!

Very light and easy to use. Switching attachments is quick, though I wish the head unit could stand up on its own or had a stand when not in use. I like the thumb switch so you don't have to keep pulling the trigger, but it's awkward to flip onehanded. The suction is ok, but I think the battery output is throttled, I've been trying to find a converter so I can use a DeWalt battery instead to see if that improves it. It struggles to lift up plastic beads unless I have the power on its highest setting.All in all, a good stick vac for the price. My wife loves it, but I tend to go for our less convenient corded vac so I can for sure have the suction to get the job done.

was my favorite vacuum… until it wasn’t. for example, i recently switched kitty litter. the vacuum won’t suck it up effectively & just flings it all backward at me!! also suddenly, despite thoroughly cleaning the dust trap, collection chamber, filter, & mouth of the main piece, when i try to vacuum my carpet the vacuum kicks itself into high power mode and “dies” instantly. if i give it like 2 seconds then start the vacuum again it has full battery. then once i try the carpet again it does the same thing. so i tried changing the battery & the dust trap to the spare it comes with but to no avail. so all in all, it was great at first but now i find myself using my $20 walmart vacuum more often than this one which i spent significantly more on. i also did troubleshoot every single individual piece of the vacuum that was detachable which didn’t yield any results. i did a lot of research prior to purchasing but am very disappointed that it only worked well for a very little period of time. is there a money back guarantee? replacement option? i’m seriously considering ordering the trending tiktok vacuum…

Update #2 Tineco is sending me out a replacement part at no charge, their customer service was top notch!Update: after only 6 months of use the thing is falling apart! I was vacuuming my open room when I see a piece just come off the back and then notice the neck of it is broken. So disappointed because I loved this vacuum.After researching best vacuums of 2023, Tineco S11 was top recommended, I purchased it and the backup battery only to find the backup battery didn’t work with the vacuum so, I sent it back and got the A11 model. I was pleasantly surprised with this vacuum as soon as I opened it. I love the attachments and the fact that it not only comes with a backup battery but it can charge on the holder along with the other battery (they take turns).But that wasn’t what was most impressive thing, I was able to vacuum almost my entire 2700sqft house on ONE battery (I only needed to swap out at the last 5 mins of vacuuming) AND I also had it on the lowest setting! The suction power is phenomenal and I only needed to up the power for leaves and cat litter.I HIGHLY recommend this vacuum!

Pro: lightweight, multiple filtration, dual battery picks up dog hair very well, nice light feature to see what in on the floorCon: Batteries seem to only charge on the wall mount attachment so there is no way to charge it from cord to battery directly. I feel like build quality isn’t the best for the amount of money. Struggles a little on carpetGreat vacuum if what you have is hard wood or laminate. Overall I do like this vacuum for basic things. I would recommend for someone who has no rugs or carpet. If you do then I would recommend to look somewhere else. My Dyson is great but parts get expensive.

I received this yesterday afternoon and have been waiting over 2 weeks to get it. I chose this over many other available options because I also own their Cordless Mop/Vacuum. That being said, I was expecting a high quality made product for the price point (which is on par with Dyson and others). What I got was a well designed esthetically pleasing "look", but that's basically is it. Aside from the look, the trash bin as well as all other parts were very poorly made. the canister itself feels like a thicker plastic from Dixie cups, the unit while is light, cannot stand on it's own nor does it fold. Now to the meat of why "disappointing"... 1st, the suction is awful! It feels like my daughter's toy vacuum has more suction power, the batteries look nice, but does not have direct charge capability( must be mounted to the wall hanging port). The units will not operate on high mode for more than 20-30 seconds), it cuts off for some reason. It will not pick up cereal or chips like Cheetos or anything that size ( yes, even broken pieces).I will be returning this today and getting another brand, but very disappointed with this purchase. Wasted time waiting for it only to get a subpar and poorly made item. This is a no go for me.
