Bakers JoyCake Pan Spray by Baker's Joy

I'm a home baker and always trying to improve my skills. I'd recently had two bundt cakes completely fail to release from the pan (despite a half-dozen previous successes). I decided to give the Baker's Joy a shot and it's worked fantastically well. I've had pretty good results in the past with butter/shortening/flour on my pans but this is significantly easier and far less messy. It's helped release two cakes and impressively a whole 8x8" pan of brownies just fell right out of the pan after a light coating with Baker's Joy. Amazon's price seems a bit steep, but admittedly I've never looked at the price in a grocery store, so maybe it's on par. Either way it'll last a while and it does the job, so I'll continue to use it.

I love this. It is so much easier to use than other cooking sprays. I don't have to flour the pans and my cakes release easily.

This cooking spray is a bit 'foamier' than normal cooking spray so it better coats the bunt pan. Absolutely no leftover film and the cake just slipped out.

Baker's Joy has been around a few years, and it always works! I'm thankful for not having to drag out the can of crisco, wipe it on the pan, then douse it with flour and hope there's not flour all over me and the kitchen! This is such a convenient, useful product!
