I just received my waist trainer. I am a female I wear 2X to 3X and women’s tops. in pants I range anywhere from 20 to 22. My midsection is fairly round. I usually have a hard time finding a waist trainer for women that is designed for women. They usually tend to be extremely small and not true to size. so I chose this male one. I ordered the 5X and without the extension it would not have fit, so I am glad I listen to another review where it said to size down and that the extension would make up for the extra space definitely did , follow the sizing chart. I’ve only had this for a few hours. I think it’s very good quality. It’s nice and thick it’s not over stretchy, the hooks feel sturdy, It does hold you in ,it does fit. It goes about mid hip a few inches below the belly button not all the way down to the pelvic area but that’s fine for me , because I’m 5’,2”, I could pull it down more but it’s fine. I will post a review later if it starts to deteriorate or break down but so far I think it’s good quality

This more or less gets the job done. The main caveat here is that if the shirt is literally skin tight, with no looseness at all, this won't work as well. Otherwise, I've been able to use this to appear slimmer in any of my shirt sizes. I primarily wear XL shirts and some L's, and a handful of 2XLs or XL's that fit like 2XLs. The L's being the tighter of the ones I wear, I was glad to be able to use the corset.Wearing a corset is never supposed to be too comfortable, I know. For half the day, I can forget it's on mostly, but by the end of my day I want to take it off. In some sitting positions, this can feel more uncomfortable than it does standing. The more rigid supports of the corset chafed and scabbed me, but given that I don't wear this daily, it's no big deal.The more weight I lose, the better this should fit, but I suspect that I may have to buy the next size down (or not use a corset at all....) IF I'm lucky to drop enough pounds.

It's solid it stays tight and feels like it'll last a long time but the steel wire will stab you if it isn't sitting right wish the end of the wire was padded otherwise its good. It doesn't make you sweat by the way just helps shape with pressure.

If you are a big man with a large belly and waist area, and want to look a little bit slimmer for a short period of time, look no further. This is the one you want. If your waistband size is larger than 40 inches, I would recommend getting the 6X size. Keep in mind it is not a American size, but closer to Asian sizes, so keep that in mind. If your waistband size is larger than 50 inches, you will need the included extender. At maximum, this would accommodate up to a 52 inch waistband. If you are larger than that, this will not fit you. At best, this will take off approximately an inch off your waist size, if applied properly. So it's no miracle worker, but if you need to wear it for a short period of time for a special occasion, this may work for you. Just my two cents.

Trust the size chart but be honest with yourself. When I first got mine, even with the extension piece in place, there was like a 10" gap. I was like "this will never fit". But it does and will provide the support you are looking for. It has to be that tight. You just grab the ends, pull outward a bit instead of trying to pull around yourself, then pull it together and start to hook the loops. The first time was a pain to get hooked, but after that it goes on fine because I learned how to do it. It's comfortable and does not make me sweat. Your first few days will feel weird, but you get used to it.

Make sure you measure around your love handles and above the navel. Mine was 45.5 inches. I purchased the 3X and it fits on the first row of clips without the extender. I could have purchased the 2X and used the extender. If the corset works and I progress to the third row of clips, I may have to get the 2X if I have more inches to lose.

Does very little to promote proper posture, is noticeable beneath a shirt, and the added thickness of the material makes me look fatter. Also, very difficult to put on.

One of my friend is using the same brand for the last 2 years and he lost about 40 pound of weight and lots of inches of waste. I have studied about a week back and feel that I'm losing some waste so let's hope it is gonna lose me some weight and waste. So far pretty good and I'm already on the last hook I might have to order another smaller one now

This works , I was pleasantly surprised. The hooks are strong and the expansion piece gives more flexibility and options so that the same corset can be used through several changes in your size if you lose weight. A lot of the information on here, including answers to questions, is confusing. Perhaps the item description could be mode clearer as to how and where to measure. The sizing of this item has nothing to do with your waist size , the size of your jeans, leg length, etc. ignore all that. The sizing is based on the circumference around the biggest part of your “middle”, which is your gut, belly, or whatever you want to call it. It is not your waist. If you are buying an item to compress your belly, then it makes sense to measure the circumference around your belly. Your waist size is irrelevant. So, I measured the circumference of my stomach where my belly button is, which was (unfortunately :-( ) 50 inches. I ordered the 5XXL size. It fit good and I didn’t need the extension, and I hooked it on the row of hooks that would be the tightest. I tried on one of my “too small” XL shirts from a few years ago and I was able to button it up no problem. Right now I wear a 2XL in a shirt, so with the corset on, I immediately went down one size. Regardless, I realized that with it secured around my middle on the tightest row of hooks, and not needing the extension, I realized that if I lost some weight around my middle, the corset would be a bit too big. So I ordered the 3XXL size corset instead. I was able to get into it with the extension on it and securing with the row of hooks that was the largest. It did the job perfectly. It was tight, with absolutely no ability to loosen it ,, but now I have room to tighten it even more when I lose some weight, like using a row of hooks that is a bit loser, and then hopefully, not needing the extension my more . It was tight but not unbearable or uncomfortable, and I could bend down and sit down no problem, and breathe normally. I could’ve ordered a 4XXL, which would work, but would eventually need to be replaced when I lose some flab around my middle because it would not be tight enough. I’m happy I ordered the 3XXL. The 5XXL for my 50 inch middle worked, but there would have been no rows of hooks left to go down to when I lose some weight . To be honest, I was a bit sceptical that this thing would even work, but it meets my expectations, perhaps even exceeding them.

Fit in body and relaxation

What I got is very different from what was advertised here at Amazon:I did not get a latex corsett as advertised. What I got is made of 70% neoprene, 15% Polyester and 15% nylon.Neoprene (= polychloroprene) is 100% synthetic while Latex is an natural material. Neoprene stinks, Latex does not.There even is an image of a Latex-tree (Hevea brasiliensis) on the Amazon-article page making you think you really get the natural stuff! And they advertise that their Product is NOT neoprene in the same image. What a scam!The Latex in the image of the waist trainer is black, what I got was silver neoprene.The description also sais "Each waist trainer with an extrension hook) and pictured was a separate piece to clip in with 3 rows of hooks. However, the waist trainer was shipped to me without this extender!

Product is very good. Needed to purchase second corset as first one become loose after shrinking stomach size. About to purchase another in a smaller size as it is doing a very good job reducing stomach size. 112cm down to 102cm in just over 9 months without exercise.
