The trimmer doesn't pull my hairs when it's trimming, so it's doing its job better than some of its drugstore counterparts. I like the colours and the fact that it comes with interchangeable trimmer heads, as well as the fact that it includes a little cleaning brush. The price is a little high for something of this quality, as occasionally I have had minor hiccups with the power button either triggering too easily, or not triggering well enough. I know for a full fact that this isn't a battery power issue, as I have checked by changing the battery, and that it did this straight out of the package. The fact that it uses a disposable battery is also irritating to me, as slightly more eco-friendly options, like rechargeable inbuilt batteries, could have easily been an option for the original design of the item. Not only is the disposable battery option not eco-friendly, but it's cost prohibitive, as it does add a little extra cost to the item down the road.

This product broke after three months use. I contacted Amazon who told me I'd have to contact the manufacturer. On the Amazon add it listed a year warranty. I contacted the touchBeauty online they never got back to me, so I wasted money on shoddy merchandise and then wasted time with Amazon support and Touch Beauty online. I don't understand why Amazon allows such worthless products on it's sight.

I like the sturdiness of the product, which makes it easier to use.

The media could not be loaded.  This trimmer has two interchangeable attachments, one for nose hair and one for brows. When I first tried out the nose attachment, it felt a bit too calm and I felt like it wasn’t doing much. But when I went to clean it out, I saw all the hair that it had trimmed! It is so gentle, you really can’t tell it’s doing it’s job. You just have to make sure you give it some time and rotate it to get all the nooks and crannies. It was nice having the option topress the button down and let it run on its own without actively holding it down. I did notice that when I remove the nose attachment, the inner piece (shown in pic) comes out. This might cause it to get lost if you aren’t too careful. The brow trimmer is two-sided. It’s nice to have a smaller trimmer for brows, helps get in tight spots without removing too much hair. Comes in handy for quick touchups. I wish it came with a little bag or something to keep the extra attachment/pieces.

It worked really well until it died less than a year after I bought it.

Very very worst product. In my first day of use,the comb is broken.when I found this product in Amazon,I have seen a origin (made in china).At this time,I have slightly struggled to buy this. don't buy any Chinese product and also from Amazon.
