They look and feel pretty, but their installation design is a disaster. Especially for the towel rack, it is guaranteed to loosen in the screws and then completely fall off after a week. Once that happens, it's over johnny. There is no way to remove the screw from the plastic insert without completely breaking the unit. So now the entire set is useless since I need a new towel rack. Worst $130 I ever spent. I hope they fire the product design engineer that created this piece of garbage.

We had this hardware installed in both bathrooms in our second home. When it came time to remodel our first home there was no difficulty in deciding what hardware to use in our remodeled master bath! We picked this because it's lovely, functional and sturdy. Plus it fits our style.

Otherwise, why is the kit more expensive than buying the individual accessories separately?

Solid good looking. Make sure you don't mix up the mounts the small hooks use the grey, slightly shorter bracket. Very nice sysyem to mount in general.
