Q: How many cups are in this bag?

Serving size is 1/4 cup servings per container is 56. 14 cups.

Q: I noticed on the packaging it says "not intended for raw consumption" and it also says a suggested use is add to applesauce! What is the issue??

I've switched to Bob's Red Mill brand and consume 1/4 cup raw (mixed in water with 1/8 cup of hulled ground flaxseeds) every morning...no warning on their package. I did the same when I used Shiloh Farms. I love the Bob's package which closes easily with velcro on the top...that's why I made the change.

1/4 Cup serving has: 0.5g fat, 7g carbs, 6g fiber, 3g protein. 100% Organic Unprocessed Coarse Wheat Bran No sugars, No Cholesterol. Hope this helps
