Massage therapist here. The larger ones are great, great suction, grip, easy to adhere. The smallest facial one seems impossible to use (too small to grip any skin) so need to keep practicing. Good quality and seem like they will last.

I was skeptical of this at first but thought I’d try it. The smallest one is a little difficult to get suction on, but works great for lip area or places without much loose skin. The others work great. Feel well made. I actually have gotten some relief from pain using them. And am trying it for lightening scars, stretch marks. We will see. Love the natural aspect of it. Also, it is suppose to help the body make its own collagen.

I used these to cup my muscles that were sore after intense workouts and they did the job perfectly. Great product.
