Yes, the edges on two sides aren't so smooth, but they aren't sharp enough to cut yourself on, more like they're just a bit rough. The fact that this is made of recycled materials and is easy to clean and sturdy more than makes up for the minor inconvenience of those 2 edges. It also doesn't seem to stain, and after several weeks of use, I still don't see any slice marks on it the way I did after just a few days of using a wooden cutting board. There's way too much garbage piling up in landfills and the oceans already; I feel good knowing small changes like this won't add to the problem. Would be nice if it came as a set of 3 sizes the way some other cutting boards do; this one is bigger than necessary for most of my daily uses.

Love this cutting board!! It's a great size, is functional and very beautiful too. I love the wooden style cutting boards, but they just aren't practical for my family - we love that this can just go in this dishwasher!

The cutting board is very sturdy. It is a great size. Clean easily. My complaint is that for the price, I expected all edges to be rounded. The top and the bottom edges on the shorter sides are not and it makes it much less comfortable to move and clean.

These are the de facto cutting boards in any kitchen. Made out of the best material, cheap enough to replace when needed (which is not often), and you can pick up several. Forget washing a wooden cutting board and treating it. They may look nice on the counter, but they don't compare to the utility of grabbing one of these then tossing it in the dishwasher. Excellent all around.

I bought it to use as a cutting board across my sink as I have limited counter space. Works great!

I really like this chopping board - it looks good and is made from recycled materials. It is lightweight and feels very strong. The surface is smooth and a bit slippier than I'm used to, but easy to use and to clean.

Good size, good price, unassuming marble white colour and quite sturdy: takes some heavy knife chopping without scratching
