Sri Chaitanya: His Life and Precepts

Originally mailed to a university in Canada back in 1896 from Bhaktivinoda Thakura, this short books reads like it was written just today. It is, as can be devised from the title, a work meant to be an introduction to these teachings but it is still very sweet to read.This short book is a classic, written by one of the great acharyas.

Reading this small-volume book has been a moving experience for me. Bhaktivinode's insight into Lord Caitanya's past-times is more than enough to make a non-believer (being me) into a believer. I highly recommend reading this book to anyone aspiring to serve in the line of Lord Caitanya.
