Outstanding customer support
The fence works as it should, I’m not sure it stands out against any other fence, this is the only one I’ve used. I did have an issue where 6 months or so in, the transmitter stopped working. I reached out to petsafe directly by phone, was connected quickly to a human being located within the United States and they promptly issued me a warranty replacement. They didn’t even ask for my order number! Just a screenshot of my Amazon order and it was all seamless, a phone call, they texted me, I texted him a photo and within ten minutes the new unit was on his way. Buy this!
If you have a reasonable sized yard and don't mind putting in a day's work - buy this product! For $250 or less you're getting amazing value. I've had others in my neighborhood tell me they were quoted $4,000+ to have a company come in, install an in-ground fence, and train their dog... I essentially got the exact same thing at a fraction of the price. Also, PetSmart's customer service is second to none... honestly it's that good. My dog caught onto the fence within a week and it's been an absolute game changer. We both have freedom!

In ground dog fence
Took us 2 days to install almost an acre. The box being so small was a nice upgrade from the one we bought 10 years ago. Very easy to set up and use. The small dog collar is nice for the dogs. You do need to charge the collar every day.

Easy install . Keeps the dog in the yard 100 percent of the time. Love it!

great customer service
These folks stand by their warranty.Our pup looks innocent but she chewed up the first charger during training when I had my back turned, and they sent me a new one. Then, at 9 mos the collar and charger quit communicating and they sent me a new collar. I hope it’ll last me longer but they answer the phones and you can chat or talk with actual humans! It’s keeping our pup in and safe!
