My daughter was so happy and she loves this; however, I hand washed it and she wore it around the house all day and the fabric is already fraying or thinning in the way older swimming suits do. We haven’t taken it in the water yet. I think this is more of a costume piece than an everyday functional swimming suit. It did bring joy to my kiddo, but practically I can’t afford to get her another swimsuit this year if this one doesn’t make it. She has some older ones that still fit tho. Oh well, she’s happy.
