The steps seem ok if we could build it without going to buy bolts. The package had 3 bolts missing and the package was fully sealed and delivered intact.

This trampoline ladder has been a great addition to our backyard trampoline. Before installing it, my kids had to climb awkwardly onto the trampoline, but now they can get on and off safely and independently.The three wide horizontal steps make a huge difference compared to narrow ladder rungs. The steps provide plenty of room for little feet, and the skid-proof design gives extra confidence, especially when the kids are excited and moving quickly. The ladder feels very stable once hooked onto the trampoline frame and doesn't wobble during use.Assembly was quick and straightforward, and the universal hooks fit our trampoline perfectly. I also appreciate the UV-treated steel construction since the ladder stays outdoors year-round. It feels durable and well-made, and so far it has held up well through sun, rain, and daily use.Overall, this is a simple but worthwhile upgrade that improves both safety and convenience. If you have young children using a trampoline, I highly recommend this ladder. It's sturdy, easy to install, and makes getting on and off the trampoline much easier for kids.

The ladder is great and heavy duty. Adults and kids use it daily and it’s been fantastic. Installation wasn’t super easy with very limited directions and no labels on the parts but got it figured out. It’s very lightweight and easy to move if needed. Love that the steps are close together so getting on and off the trampoline is easier.

We recently bought a 15ft Skywalker round trampoline from my best friend, and while her teenage daughter didn’t need a ladder, we wanted to get one for our 4-year-old daughter so she could get on and off the trampoline by herself. The HBTower Trampoline Ladder seemed like a great choice, and for the most part, it has worked well for us.The ladder was easy for my husband to assemble once it arrived. We simply leaned it up against the trampoline, with the hook ends looping over the outer bar frame. It’s sturdy enough for my daughter, myself, and even my 6'3", 215lb husband to climb up and down. The wide, skid-proof steps make it easy for everyone to use, which is great.The only issue I have is that the ladder doesn’t stay in place as securely as I would like. It tends to shift when climbing, causing the bottom to slide in closer to the trampoline. This makes the ladder more upright and gives the appearance that it’s just leaning against the frame rather than securely hooked onto it. I find myself regularly having to slide the ladder back out so that the hooks properly wrap around the frame again. My concern is that the ladder might slip, especially when my daughter is climbing down, and I fear it could fall backward if not positioned correctly.While I wish there were a better way to secure the ladder in place to prevent shifting, it does serve its purpose and allows us all to access the trampoline easily. For its sturdiness and ease of use, I’d still recommend it, but I’d love to see an improvement in stability.

I really like this ladder. It fits snugly on the frame of the trampoline so the kids can get up and down easily and safely. Super easy assembly and very heavy duty/durable.

The perfect height for our trampoline and made with very strong, durable material. It was exactly as described and exactly what I was expecting. Very easy to use and feels sturdy and safe for the kids. Definitely a great purchase!
