For 5'1 (155cm) i would recommanded Small size unless you like to wear shirt confortably so you could choose a Medium.

I don’t know the specific dimensions. We ordered a large and it is a tight fitting shirt. If anything, I would size up in this shirt

Q: Will the XSmall fit a 7yo boy?

We ordered a large and it was pretty tight for a person who normally wears a large. If I were to reorder, I would go up probably 2 sizes. So, depending on the size of the 7 year old, I would think that it would fit.
