Vionics sneaker
I bought this shoe for my vacation to Italy.. I have approximately 16 pairs of other Vionics and I love them. The shoe it self is comfortable.. however, the heel folds up as you put your foot in the shoe.I have even tried using a shoe horn.. it rubs on the back of my heals. I have gotten blisters.I would not have been able to return because I bought them in July my trip was the end of September... Iβm very disappointed as they were not cheap and I canβt continue to wear them.It would be nice if some type of response is given.I will reconsider buying any more vionics products in the future because of this one pair.

Nothing orthotic about them. They are nothing like the flip flops
AWFUL! These sneakers have no support. And the insert has no support. It's no different than the champions they sell at Payless. I'm obsessed with vionic flip flops and ache for summer to come because their flip flops are my only relief from pain. The only thing "orthotic" about these sneakers is that you can take the insert out to put your orthotic inserts into them. They are soft and flimsy. And for $100 I can get saucony or something else with some actual support.

Not wide, runs very short.
I normally wear a 9/12 M. I ordered a 10 W to be safe. This shoe was visibly narrow when I pulled it out of the box. It was extremely small -- I couldn't believe it was a 10 so figured the wrong shoe had been sent. Checked both box and inside label. There is nothing wide about these shoes at all -- not even as wide as normal 9 1/2 M shoes in any other brand like Nike. I could barely get my foot inside. Arch support seemed minimal. Not going to try another size as I just don't think they make a shoe wide enough for my not very wide feet (I normally do not buy wide). I would probably buy 2 sizes up but am not going to bother.

Disappointed
I purchased this shoe because I wanted a good walking shoe -- I was going to be walking A LOT in another country. The fit overall was good. I had two issues with the shoe, and both had to do with the heel. First, the heel came up short on the back on my foot. I'm not sure if this is because the inside of the shoe is more cushioned (which felt great for my heel spur) or if it just wasn't made well. The second issue was that when I put my foot IN the shoe, the heel collapses and without a shoehorn, it's hard to pull it back up. This in turn makes the heel back VERY uncomfortable. Because they are not inexpensive shoes, I was disappointed in the shoe overall. I did wear them with a lot of walking.... I'm hoping that the longer I wear them, the better they feel. As of right now, I won't be buying another pair.

Should have bought Asics instead!
Very disappointed in these shoes. I have issues with my feet associated with low arches. I had hoped these shoes would be good due to the high arches and arch support that this brand is known for. I think the quality is not up to par with other brands I have purchased. After wearing them for less than 2 1/2 months mostly just for my treadmill work outs (waking 2-6 miles a week) and the last 2 weeks daily around work (work in office). My feet hurt constantly. They seem t have broken down and not give any support. I've usually always bought Asics and thankfully I had a new pair I had bought back in July I put those on today and my feet feel so much better. I will never by Vionic shoes again Not worth the cost, I wasted $90 on these shoes ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»

Comfortable but don't last long
Very comfortable. But they just don't hold up to even moderate use. I bought these nine months ago and they have deteriorated rapidly. I paid $99 and probably only have just a few more months of use. Disappointing.

Great supportive trainers
All good and would re order without hesitation but the laces are hopeless and come undone all the time!

Ok
When they arrived they were at least a whole size too small so had to send them back. The next size up was nearly Β£30 more expensive. Which I didn't think was fair so I didn't order them. However I do like vionic as a rule so it will not put me off buying them in future.

Not wide.
Very very disappointed. Listed as wide fit. They are not!!! Going to cost a fortune to return. These are mis sold.

Not worth the money
Very flimsy material on shoe and could hardly get my foot inside (and I have small feet) so best go for 1/2 size up. Could feel my big toe poking at the very flimsy top material and i'm sure it won't take long for a hole to appear there. The shoe itself felt comfortable but no way are they worth the Β£85 - better, cheaper options available .

Poor quality
Got these for my wife as she suffers from a foot problem, she had purchased a pair before and were great. But this time the quality wasnβt the same, no support at all returned the shoes never again.
