If you are someone that has concerns when it comes to swallowing tablets, I can safely say these are some of the smallest I have ever consumed, so I strongly doubt you'll have any trouble swallowing.For a high dosage tablet (4000iu) I found them to be very competitively priced, being £3.99 a packet.

I have been taken high doses of vitamin D for the last month after a blood test showed very low levels.Previously, I was taking a liquid product, dissolved in olive oil. Whilst this was a useful product it was expensive at the dose level I needed to take.These tablets are small and incredibly easy to swallow. I would advise taking with fat, I have taken mine with my morning Greek yoghurt as this is supposed to aid absorption
