Tastes like a fruit snack, works well for running.
I need to fuel when the run stretches out past 5 or so miles otherwise I wind up hitting a wall and getting very tired. I was hesitant to try something like this simply because I'm not a big sugar eater generally so I didn't really like the idea of eating what amounts to pure sugar. Turns out all the dietary advice about fueling during a long run is there for a reason.These work well in that capacity and I like that they are individual gummies so that I can eat one every 5-10 min when I drink some water so that I can somewhat control the rate in which the glucose hits my bloodstream. It's really made a huge difference in finishing an 8-13 mile run and feeling like I can go another couple miles or feeling like my legs were made of lead. No GI upset either with this. Would recommend and I have bought these multiple times.

good flavors
I was leery about trying something new. But decided to go ahead and add this to my fuel on my long run. I was surprised how good it tasted. It doesn't stick to my teeth and easy to chew. I would buy some more. Thanks!

Missing packets
Item arrived with box opened and 2 packets of chews missing from box. No option to return for a replacement. Extremely disappointed given the cost of the item

Prefer these over coffee when driving
Good for staying awake without consuming coffee (or any caffeinated beverage) and having to pull over frequently at rest stops.
