It works, but not for sensible skin
It does work, but I've got very sensitive skin and hair that grows back quick. This crystal shaver caused a weird burning sensation in my legs after use. Also, my hair grew back even faster. It doesn't work well on the boney parts of the legs either. I'll be returning it tomorrow.

Ouch
So,maybe I did something wrong but this thing left what looked like rug burn marks on my legs! I did a Small spot when I first bought it to try it out in myself before I let my 12yr old use it as an alternative to shaving and it was smooth and did the job. After a couple days I did the rest of my legs and they felt great. Within hours of finishing they burned so bad! The next morning there were patches of my legs that had the skin rubbed off and looked like rug burns. They scabbed over and it looked so bad. I didn’t even rub hard when I was using it, and couldn’t even tell it was happening while doing it. I returned it

Easy to use. Take your time.
Super affordable. Use in gentle circular motion. It comes with a little see through bag(my 11yo confiscated 😅), and the magic hair eraser. Holding it is easy as it has an ergonomic design. It is not easy to get around and over bony or indented spaces. It is hard and not malleable. It does take time to get all the hair and dead skin off. Overall I like it. I don't think it would work well for armpits that are concave or the back of the knee without someone else's assistance due to angles. I'm not sure if the more expensive versions conform to body surfaces or not. That is really the only drawback to this item. I forgot to take comparison pictures.

A supplement but not a replacement
This product was basically as described. It did not irritate my skin too much (I followed the instructions for use which were included) if used with gentle pressure and followed with a moisturizer. As others note, it is not a full alternative to shaving or other means of hair removal. I found it did not work well over or around irregular surfaces (e.g. around ankles, knees, underarms). The length of time that hair removal lasted was consistent with my results for shaving (1 day), whereas I'd hoped for slightly longer lasting results. It also is time consuming to use, but is a good dry alternative. I will use it to supplement my regular routine but not as a replacement. For the cost and the expectations I had it was fair.

My skin is burning
I used this product and tried different motions and pressures to remove the hairs. I got both my legs with the circle motion being the most effective with slight pressure. When I was using it I felt like I was scraping off dead skin with the hair like this was exfoliating my legs or something. The pores on my legs were sensitive, but I figured that was just part of it. When I rinsed off my legs oh man did it hurt. Now most pores on my legs are red and I feel like my legs have been sunburned badly. It hurts for my legs to touch anything including my soft PJs. It is the morning now and it is still burning just as strong. I used the lotion at the end and had to switch lotions a couple times to find one that wouldn't irritate the pores. Even then I am not sure I found one just one that hurt less. If someone got this to work without burning yourself, tell me what you did.

Made my legs very soft
So this product is an excellent exfoliator. My skin was very soft after using it. As far as hair removal, it's a little bit time consuming and it does not get all of the hair. To be fair my hair is a little on the fine side so maybe that makes a difference. I still like this product but it's no miracle.

Read this before purchase! NOT PAINLESS!!
I was super excited to try this, like everyone else. I have used it twice on my lower legs. First time dry which resulted in burning, itching and waiting for scabs to go away.Second time warmed my legs in the shower, exfoliated them, made sure they were wet, and began the work. I applied moisturizer after. My hair is sparse and in the middle between course and fine. My legs are again burning after use, and we shall see what happens next.I’m not planning on using this again or keeping it. I’m grateful to have paid the small sum on Amazon.Personally, I’m sticking with a razor and my nood, which seems to be the best duo out there.

Its like… using a pumice stone on your body and not just feet
It left me with weird razor bumps on my arm. Yeah sure it’s exfoliating and removes hair , but at what cost. I’ll try using it one more time on my legs but im not a fan
