Love this little machine. Simple to use. Got it on the first try. Clears my nasal passages so I actually look forward to using it. I wish I would have bought it years ago.

Easy to use
It just isn't for me, I follow all the directions but I still feel the water get to the back of my throat. it did help me more than any decongestant, so maybe it's just me who is doing something wrong.
