Advocare Spark - Variety Pack - SEVEN Single Serving Sample Stick Packs

I loooove Spark and have been getting it for years! So happy it’s now sold on Amazon 😆I got the variety pack to try new flavors before I get my next canister. These on-the-go packets are great to add to a bottle of water when you need a pick-me-up during the day. It says each stick pack makes 8oz prepared, but it will taste just as good diluted into a 16oz water bottle and last much longer. Unlike energy drinks, they are not carbonated, so you can drink as much or as little as you want and save the rest for later. That’s what I do. Can’t wait to try all the different flavors like green apple. My go to has always been fruit punch and watermelon. This WILL give you tons of natural energy. It hits me more than coffee and makes me feel like working out (not my thing). Definitely worth a try!

Really loved spark. Worked great for me. Gave me the energy I needed without the nervous feeling. Didn’t like the tangerine flavor could taste all the vitamins, in it. Loved all the other flavors in variety packs.

I bought this to see if id like any of the flavors, and almost all of them were a let down except the Watermelon and Mango Strawberry. The others didn't taste that great. Its great if your doing Advocare and need caffeine but can't drink actual coffee or tea; this will help you with your caffeine intake.

I've been using fruit punch for at least 2 years now and wanted something different. I found these sample sizes and it helped me to figure out which ones I liked and didn't without having to buy a large canister or multiple individual sizes and end up not liking them.

I like different flavors.

Makes your throat dry and won't be able to sleep if you take it to late for a workout. Did notice a little acid reflux.

I love the favors. Gives you energy. Have been using since 2016.
