Beautiful honey. Fabulous taste. Helped soothe a horrible cough at night and allow me to sleep.

Steens raw manuka honey
Ok so this honey has a slight crunch to it and that’s how I can tell it’s pure raw honey! I don’t add it to hot drinks as I’ve heard this can spoil the health benefits of honey. I simply have a teaspoonful every morning and I never get colds or coughs despite working with others who have been ill. It’s expensive but worth it and lasts a long time.
