Great for nurses
Pretty handy when you have to do neuro checks. The ability to switch between the two lights is great. I work the noc shift (graveyard) and sometimes I use it while it’s on and walking into a room on the outside of my pocked . It illuminates the room . I’m able to verify the patient . The pill is being administer and actually swallowed . And it’s rechargeable .

Love them!
These are great. They charge fast, give bright light or a soft yellow/amber light. I’ve gifted a few to my coworkers. I love the measurements on the side as well.I use them at night to get around in patient rooms. One patient says I’m the “Statue of Liberty”, which is good for me because it makes her laugh & gives her a sense of security.

Great pen light
Amazing pen light the usb cap is magnetic but still comes off pretty easily but still a good set of pen lights and I love that I don’t have to buy batteries for them!

Great for APRN Usage
Love these penlights - they are bright and give me two color options (warm light and bright white light). The best thing is that there are no small coin batteries to keep up with. It recharges by plugging the hidden USB port in the end into any standard USB-A charger.

Excelente calidad

Simple to use, low light option makes it safe for eye exams.
Simple to use, the low light option makes it safe for eye exams. I would have given it 5 stars, but the switch giggles a bit. I've had 4 of them, 3 of them did this. Not major, just annoying. Also, the cap uses a magnet and falls off relatively easily. Tighten that switch so it doesn't giggle, and switch from a magnetic cap to a secure screw-on type, and this would be ready for use in real-world healthcare settings. That's all. Otherwise, I think it's one of the few devices on Amazon that offer a lower-light alternative; LEDs are cool, but sticking them in someone's eyes is dangerous - that's why our wall units mostly use fluorescent bulbs. It's not dated. It's that with super bright LED you can harm the patient. Anyone coming in with head trauma, concussion, elderly in active delirium, autism, etc...there's a reason we don't have flashlights in your doctor's office. You just need enough to see if there's accommodation to light. Then, yes the higher setting is nice for other types of exams.Pros: Light, reliable and kudos for the dual (low light) setting it makes it something you can actually use in healthcare, and works as intended.Cons: The switch giggles and makes it feel cheap, and the cap falls off easily. I won't use it in the emergency/trauma bay, but it's fine for outpatient stuff.

Excelente
Excelente lámpara para exploración, trae dos tipos de luces, aun no he necesitado cargarla, pero sin duda una excelente opción para no estar gastando en baterías.
