Was helpful for my amniotic fluid vs urine! Urine has a lower pH than amniotic fluid. So in the final weeks of my pregnancy I used these quite a bit. Most of the time it was dark yellow/orange. But when my water broke, it immediately showed up dark green. I was pretty sure my water broke, but I wanted to make sure before I headed to the hospital. I had my daughter 2 hours later!

Perfect way to check your PH.

it's a little hard to rip off the holder nicely. It's like how that new wavy toilet paper tears. I got different readings from two different brand papers which is not reassuring when trying to keep my pH in the 7 range for health concerns. I wanted more accuracy and got more confusion.

I have used this product for years now to find the pH range of saliva. I have had no problems which is why I keep buying it.

Great pH paper for working in the neutral range of pH. Easy to use, a fair amount of test paper for the money (~150 or so tests if using 1.2 inch strips), easy to read based on how dark the paper is (so probably fairly easy to use even with colorblindness), and results are consistent with a digital pH meter.

when you get into the zone you need to be, the colors are so close you cant really identify what it is . The doctors office has one that you can read much more clearly. so only a 3 star for now
