I have a monthly subscription of the liquid version. Unfortunately for me the monthly amount is 24 ct. So I use this product to fill in the "gap" between subscription deliveries. Plus I saw a review of the liquid version that the reviewer showed it to his doctor who in turn said that the reviewer could drink it up to four times a day. So not only can I fill the gap I can also get in an extra few drinks every month! I highly recommend both products!!

Good Value for Cost
There are many options to purchase what was originally called "Instant Breakfast" and is now called "Breakfast Essentials." While I don't know that they are essential, I do know that it provides a very quick way to get past breakfast for those who would rather sleep. This option seems to be the best price per ounce option of the many offered.
