When I got them and tried one,it broke apart and was very soft. I put them in the frig which firmed them up. Even after taking one out at a time and letting it warm to room temperature,it maintained its shape,thus making it easy to insert. You must use a lubricant,but use it sparingly or it will not stay in place.
