Purina Tidy Cats Non Clumping Cat Litter, Instant Action Low Tracking Cat Litter - 10 Pound (Pack of 4)

I really like this litter, and at $13.16/free shipping for 40 lbs (4 bags at 10 lbs ea), it's a pretty good value, too. We actually have two cats, Buster, the Shop Cat, who lives in our machine shop in town, and a kitten, "Munch", approximately 4 months old at the time he wandered into our rural home place one Friday night after dark, a little over a month ago, looking quite skinny, very afraid, and desperate for a safe place to come in. Because there is always floor dry at the shop (and because it's really good at absorbing), we've used that for litter since Buster wandered into our lives 4 yrs. ago. Hiding and disguising the presence of Munchy's litter box at home isn't as easy as it is at the shop, and I sometimes notice an odor no matter how diligent I am to scoop often and do a complete litter change frequently. I decided to try this cat litter, mixed with the floor dry, to see if it would do a better job of odor control. It DOES, and I'm very happy about that..... Munchy is ALWAYS happy, Buster is ALWAYS king, neither of them knows the other exists, and nobody stinks....well, not often, anyway. ALL IS WELL!

I have NO idea why people are giving this product such bad reviews. It seems as if most are not buying the product they actually want and then are complaining when it doesn’t do something it’s not meant to do. This is a NON-CLUMPING litter. IE DOES NOT CLUMP, WILL NEVER CLUMP, ISN’T CAPABLE OF CLUMPING...need I go on? I prefer NON-CLUMPING litter for my two cats (two litter boxes). I fill both boxes about half way and scoop poops daily and then because they tend to pee in the same spots, about every 4 days will try to scoop as much of it out as possible without dumping the good untouched “clean” litter. Again, the pee WON’T clump so I just scoop out soaked looking litter. Then I shake in some baking soda for a slight refresh and mix it up throughout the whole box and it’s good to go! I don’t usually have to do a full dump of all the litter for one to two weeks. I think this product works great and is a STEAL for the price. I can make it last twice as long as clumping litter and it takes less work in my opinion. That’s why I prefer the non clumping. My fur babies seem to prefer it as well! So that’s all that matters!

I have four cats and I really like this stuff. I feel like it last longer. If you stand on top of your boxes, I have three. I live in the country so after a while, I take my box out, empty all the litter and spray it out with the garden hose to start over fresh. I feel like this litter last longer than clumping. I have two male and two female all fixed.

I personally hate going to the store and having to lug around 40 pounds of kitty litter. I ordered these and they were brought directly to my door step with the usps man even bringing them into my house so I wouldn't have to pick up the box. I love being able to get the 40 lbs order each month through Amazon because it keeps me from having to do one more trip to the store. This package actually lasts me a little longer than a month with the 40lbs, and is easy clean up at least once a week. I always preferred the Tidy cat brand and Amazon has made it so much easier to get what I need.

I thought I had ordered the same liter I ordered in May which was the Fresh Step non clumpling liter, which I love. I got Purina TIdy Cat non-clumpling liter for multiple cats and I only have one cat. Two bags had burst and liter was all over the bottom of the shipping box. The box was poorly tapled together. It also spilled out on my floor. Never again and to much trouble to begin to try to return,.

Like non clumping because it's healthier for your pet. Good size for the money

I'm probably going to have to cancel the recurring order. I love the packaging of 10 lb. Bags for convenience. Shipped always on time and never damaged. It does not control the odor as I would have thought it would. Having 3 cats, inside, 2 boxes, it's very important to have odor control. I do like that the litter is small in size and it actually doesn't track in anywhere as bad other litter does. Just wish it controlled odor much better than other brands I've used by Tidy Cat.

This litter does a good job. My cats like it. The best is the small size of the bags make it easy to carry to the basement! Please offer it to me again.

For what I need this for it is great. I can't have anything that has a smell or clumps, I am using it for ferrets and this is just perfect. It cuts down on the smell and they love using it, easy to clean as well.
