Easy to install and works great!
We recently installed a new/old electric garage door opener for family--it had been laying around still in the box for almost 20 years! As I read through the directions I realized that if there was a power outage, there was not way to open the door (they don't have another door.) Using only basic tools we installed this in about 5 minutes.

The bolt is not fully threaded
Every thing is good except for the bolt,it is not fully threaded,. So it can't be used to tighten it to my garage door.
