Value for money and very good support
I use for personal and my kid uses for games for sometimes. Over all it is good. Especially service from Cyntexia is good, they are responsible and very prompt in addressing the issues. I called to fix 2 different issues, they helped very promptly. Thank you very much. Appreciated Cyntexia team.

Every Thing Was Good Apart Of A Technical Glitch
Every Thing Was Good Apart Of A Technical Glitch, You cannot place a graphics card with a SFF bracket into it because theirs no place to fix the bracket you have to place the graphics card without the bracket, that also with great efforts.You cannot place some monitors and screens into its on board HDMI it wont support. (Also after updating the drivers)Rest is all good they packed it extremely well no issues with the hardware. Basically i was about to return it because of the cabinet issue of graphics card, but i solved it myself.Overall i would rate it 2 out of 5.

Best budget desktop pc
The media could not be loaded. Most amazing product by cyntexia amazing customer service at this price range this pc is good to go.best desktop pc you can buy good for also light gaming and best for programming. But I think the best time to get it .lt cheap is buying it at Diwali so u could get max profitI think there's no such thing as dislike in this pc.

Faulty USB port and poor support
The USB port on the front was not working. They walked me through checking the connection inside the CPU and it was intact. Then they said that USB port was not a part of the configuration so they would not send me a replacement. They said they would give me an additional one year warranty to compensate but they never sent me any.

Excellent Deal
Machine is very fast & support provided by team is excellent, initially i had received machine which was getting restart automatically due to heating issue, Amazon replaced it with fresh one & its working fine.Thanks to Amazon & Dealer

Fast deliver hua product, cyntaxia ki team helpfull hai, mene unnhe hamesha madad ke liye taiyar dekha hai, product jaisa describe kia vaisa mila, mujhe accha laga, boot time zayada se zayada 10 sec hoga, gaming me karta nahi, jo mere kaam kaaz hai usse ye bade fast karta hua nazar aaya hai, cyntaxia ki team badhai ki patra hai
