I’ve had this for 4 months and today I was trying to use it as normal but it’s not connecting to my usual computer and there’s not blinking lights, when you press the Bluetooth option the 3 of them blink at thesame time and that’s it, can someone help me with this?Customer service helped me and replace the item to 5 stars as customer service was really helpful

I've got other Seenda products and despite not being that expensive, I've found them to be very good. In fact, they've outlasted other devices I've had from Microsoft and Logitech that cost more than twice as much. So far, I've been just as impressed with this rechargeable wireless bluetooth keyboard and mouse combo.The keyboard took a little getting used to, mainly because it's very thin and there's not as much travel in the keys as there is in the keyboard I was using before. I've adjusted to it after a few days - and now, I actually really like it - but it did feel a little odd under my fingers at first. It looks great and it feels pretty well-built, certainly more sturdy and solid than the price point would suggest.As far as this bluetooth mouse goes, it's a little too low-profile for my liking. It offers very little support to the palm and my long fingers are craned over the buttons much more than I'd like. It's kind of like rather than resting my hand down on it to hold it, I'm arching my hand up to get my fingers at the right angle to gently pinch it. It's not so bad that I can't (or won't) use it but after a full day working with it, I can feel the difference. If I could swap the dimensions of this mouse for my other one (also made by Seenda), I definitely would. It feels like they've needlessly sacrificed comfort and ergonomics for style in a pointless form factor here and that's why I've deducted 2 stars for comfort.Connectivity has been reliable from the off and I've had no lag or drop-outs. It's also quick to change from one bluetooth device to another. No complaints there at all. I've only had it a week, so I can't comment on the battery life yet but I can't say I'm too worried about that because the battery life on the Seenda mouse I've been using at work for almost 2 years is truly excellent and I'm assuming this will be the same.On the whole, this package is good value for money in my opinion and if you've got small hands or you don't mind a low-profile mouse, I don't think you'll be too disappointed.

Likes: Firstly it has multiple connection options. Bluetooth was my preference as I have had issues with the dongle based connectors and the reason I purchased it, and this has proved to solve that issue. The fact you can also use a dongle is great, as one of the selling points is being able to connect the dongle to a 2nd device and the keyboard can then switch between both.If you use a Mac and a PC this also has the keyboard options for both making this a great all-rounder.The keys are comfortable, responsive even when catching them at the edges, and not too 'clicky' if you prefer that.The design is also great with the full-sized arrow keys (if you use them a lot to navigate round the screen) and the number pad on the side as well, yet they kept the keyboard compact with no large wasted space round the edges.I have still yet to charge it since getting it out the box and with the chargers easily accessible you can charge and continue to use if needed.Dislikes: The mouse is a low profile so it does not support your hand as much so if using a lot, you might find you need to rest a bit more often. However, I do use these all day for work with no issues unless performing a lot of repetitive actionThere is also no adjustment to the keyboard angle. Using a wrist rest is advised if using a lotI marked down on gaming as there are limited options to customise for this mode, and with the lower ergonomic score felt that would be a factor.

The keyboard has an amazing. Is making my life much easier with the option to switch from one pc to another. Was really easy to pair with my MacBook Pro and work windows laptop. The only cons is the quality of the mouse, which looks very light and sheep. However, for my Mac I use the magic apple mouse do just using the mouse for the windows laptop. Overall was a good purchase and I do recommend
