Not one wrong thing with this pack. The makers/designers of this backpack really methodically thought of everything. Great zipper handles are large and ergonomic, the front outer loops are SO convenient for attaching any other outdoor accessories or keys. This backpack may not seem like it, but it has so much storage space. Two side mesh pockets, large front pocket with more mesh pockets inside. The shoulder straps are super comfy, they are padded (big plus) and adjustable so everyone can take a turn carrying the precious cargo. We recently took our pack to the beach this past weekend and everyone asked about it because of the versatility, how many beverages it could hold and also because it kept everything cold for hours and hours. It held up so well and we’re looking forward to using it for all our other outdoor outings.

This is a very nice backpack cooler. It has two outside mesh pockets and a front pocket with various organization. The cooler is the main compartment and holds a lot inside, maybe even too much, because when you fill this up with cans and ice like a regular cool, it is very heavy, and feels too heavy to carry with the back straps to me. Also I found out the hard way I don't recommend using actual ice, either. The cooler is not insulated enough to keep the ice from starting to melt pretty much right away and then you end up with water sloshing around and stuff migrating down to the water while carrying the backpack. So what I found the best was to use ice packs only and then put a few cans or bottles at the bottom, sandwiches/cold cuts above that and utensils in a bag and other snacks at the top.

This Caterpillar Can Backpack is perfect for my needs! It holds my lunch and everything I need for my day without issues at all. It has room to spare in the cooler area and keeps everything nice and cold over the course of my day from 5am til I get home around 3pm. The drink pockets on the sides have a lot of stretch to them and allow containers that are quite large with no issues. The front pocket has molle straps for all my cords and extra attachment points. Having my lunch and extra storage is very nice and I would highly recommend this backpack cooler.

I got this cooler for my husband to take to his worksite. I am tired of his ruining every new one I buy. It is very lightweight and looks very manly. The cooler was a WIN!!!! No leaks and it kept ice all day for his drinks. He loves the look and would highly recommend. This is a great value for the price.
