Excellent product but worst service
I must say that the product is excellent, works fine and looks really in good in my bedroom but in add on, it has worst customer support.I have almost raised request 10 times for customer support for fan installation but engineer never came to install the product .. I have made couple of calls, sent emails every possible to way to connect with them but the service which u got was terrible.. so I have hired electrician to install this fan.I would highly recommend the product but without customer service it’s not worth a single penny. So please think twice before buying !!
