We have an 18 month old grandson who would love this. I wish I had checked it out when I first received it two weeks ago. It looks like the white LED is not functioning. I hate to have to return it but I'm going to because it doesn't work. And I don't want to frustrate the little guy.However, this looks like a great toy that he will love when he gets the replacement.

The batteries don't last long, the kids love using them when they need quiet time to self regulate. They are fragile and the inside panels can break easily if not gentle with them. Stock up on AAA batteries. You will replace them every two days if you use them more then 20 minutes every day or two days.

My grandson loves to push buttons, flip switches, turn knobs...you name it he will try to open, close, push or pull. He is 16 months old and very inquisitive. He loves to push the buttons on the dishwasher or remote controls. So I saw this board with buttons and lights. Probably the best 20 bucks I've spent. I did also get the bigger board for him for a Christmas gift. This one is small. Smaller than I thought but..it turns out to be the perfect size for him to carry in his tiny hands or put in his mini child sized backpack. Honestly I thought about making one but after buying all the switches, buttons and lights it would have cost me more. If you have a little that is wanting to learn (as mine does) this is a great little toy. It requires 2 AAA batteries but, it's totally worth every penny to watch him smile and say the colors of the lights, which do light up by the way. Can't wait to see him with the bigger one at Christmas.

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased this for my son who loves switches. The lights all work but the green one seems to have a loose connection as it kind of dims and fades sometimes. It does not come with batteries so make sure to put them in ahead of time if its being gifted. The speaker button is odd as it plays multiple songs, but you can't turn it back off with the same button. You just have to wait for the song to end.It's made of a pretty soft wood so I'm not sure how well it will work if it's dropped (kids drop things, it happens).

Ordered two of these as the first one had two defective buttons. The replacement also had different defective buttons. Terrible quality toy.

This worked great for one trip with our 18 month old. He loved the switches. But now it’s acting up. The speaker doesn’t work and the green light flickers. I’m guessing the circuit inside is not super robust. New batteries don’t help.

The yellow and black plate at the top is secured well on the one we received and it holds up well to being thrown by a 2yo. Keeps my kiddo distracted for a good bit of time. The lights are bright but not blinding.

All the kids love this! Open the part that shows a battery and that’s where the battery goes. Fun toy.
