Everywhere I Go, God Is With Me (Best of Li’l Buddies)

Much better books out there. Honestly thought they made the Whale be “god” the first time I read it to my daughter. The main theme is that god is with me. And the whale was everywhere with the kids. Could be more clear.

My grandson is not being taught about God at home so I bought this book thinking it would teach him that God is always with him. However, the artwork shows a whale accompanying each child doing different things. That is not how I want my grandson to picture God! I really don't get it. I was appalled actually. Plus it is a very small and short book for the price.It was supposed to be a birthday present, but I will have to look for another.

Very cute little book :) It’s something short and sweet to read to our little one now and will be great to use when teaching him to read. And it’s nice little lesson, letting our little ones know that God is with us all the time.

I thought this book was going to be about the whale’s journey under the sea not on human places. It is totally confusing for a child.
